Man United – Brighton

Manchester United hosts Brighton & Hove Albion at the Old Trafford on Sunday. It’s a game from the opening round of the Premier League 2022/23 season. Stay with us and our free soccer bets for today.

United’s fans are excited to see this day come. The club’s new manager Erik ten Hag will make his official debut with the Red Devils. The Dutch tactician arrived from Ajax and there are some great expectations about him. It’d be curious to see if he can revive Manchester United and bring it back to the top.

On the market Manchester United spent mostly for Ajax’s center-back Lisandro Martinez. Ten Hag knows the Argentinian more than well and he didn’t have any doubts about signing him. Meanwhile Feyenoord’s Tyrell Malacia and Brentford’s Christian Eriksen also joined the club.

Some needed clearance was made at Manchester United, too. Andreas Pereira moved to Fulham while Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata, Edinson Cavani and Jesse Lingard became free agents. Obviously their time at the Old Trafford was over.

It remains to be seen what will happen with one of the greatest players in the club’s history Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese striker sent some mixed signals regarding his future. Right now it looks like he will remain in the team for the next season.

Brighton & Hove Albion will try to do what they already did in the last few seasons – survive. The Seagulls are solid under the management of Graham Potter. Now we shall see if they will replicate their decent performances.

On the market Brighton decided to invest in the young Paraguyan forward Julio Enciso. He’s just 18-years old, but he could become a star in future. At the same time the winger Simon Adingra arrived from the Danish league.

That’s the free soccer bets for today for the Premier League clash between Manchester United and Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday. Will Ten Hag start with a win here? Let’s see.
